From the inception of City Central Church, we have carried a call to the next generation. Because of that call, we have held a high value of life-on-life discipleship in the context of community living. Through the years, hundreds of young adults have said yes to live life intentionally with a community of believers. It has championed their walk with the Lord, built life-long friendships, and given them tools to have an abundant relationship with Jesus for the long haul. By intentional discipleship, living with a godly family, living on a mission, and walking in the principals of freedom and restoration, we have gathered young people who are set up to weather life’s storms, get set free from bondage, and carry Jesus in a healthy way as godly leaders to the ends of the earth. For almost a decade, we have seen that when you place amazing young people together with a healthy family and young adult peers in the context of a home, there is no greater ingredient to expedited growth and abundance in Christ!

We’re excited to announce that we will be starting the Mansion Experience as a part of our 2026-27 Mansion Discipleship Program specifically tailored to first-time Mansion-mates as an intentional opportunity for growth in their first year at the Mansion.
Come spend a year with us in Tacoma, or if you’re local, devote a year immersing yourself in the City Central culture of freedom, growing in a healthy Jesus-loving community, living in a environment of life-on-life discipleship, and setting a biblical foundation with tools to run the long haul with Jesus in an abundant overcoming way!
The Lord has spoken a unique design over you and wants you to flourish in your relationship with Him and His plan and purpose over your life as you commit to living with other young adults who are running after Jesus with all their hearts!

Highlights
Live in our discipleship house called the Mansion where iron sharpens iron in peer on peer relationships, experience what a healthy family life is from a godly couple who’s 20 years down the road, and allow the structure of serving and growing in a household to grow you in Christ in exponential ways all while enjoying life and fun together as a community
Walk intentionally for the year with a family from the City Central Community to be shepherded, prayed for and encouraged in Christ at a monthly meal with that family.
Serve in 2 or more City Central ministries to get a perspective on what ministry life can look like in a healthy community.
Spend intentional time in the presence of God in our City Central prayer room growing in the first commandment and intercession.
