Life Groups are gathering times of fellowship, breaking bread together, worship, prayer, and shared “community life” in the relational setting of a home. Living life together has always been a key part of our family at City Central Church because we see a clear precedent for these gatherings in the book of Acts. The early church met both in a large setting (“in Solomon’s Colonnade”) and in smaller, more intimate settings (“from house to house”). For us, this means large worship gatherings on the weekends and more intimate monthly gatherings in homes throughout the city.
Schedule: We meet in person every 2nd and 4th Mondays from 6:30-8:00pm

We are a group who seeks to know God and make him known. We want to build deep meaningful relationships and do life together! We share a meal, work through the sermon notes and spend time in prayer. We love to laugh, have great conversation and we love to celebrate each other! This is an adult group and no childcare is provided.

The City Central Sticks & Wheels Daytime Life Group is centered around fellowship and discussion of the Sunday sermon. We aim to build a community of friends that feel more like family as we gather in our very own church home, the City Central building. Meeting the first and third Tuesday of every month, you are welcome to a potluck-style lunch, fellowship and rich discussion of the sermon from the previous Sunday. Child care is not provided. Our Life Group meets on the Our Life Group meets on the second and fourth Sundays of each month from 4:30pm to around 6:30pm or so. Come enjoy a Sunday evening meal with us! We have lots of tiny ones crawling around and we all pitch in to keep eyes on them. At 176 and Waller we hope you would find a place that feels like home, with people who point you closer to Jesus!

We are an ethnically diverse, intergenerational, and intercultural group ranging from young families to grandparents, and are always open to expanding in all directions. At the core of our DNA, we love to pray together and challenge one another to live radically for Jesus. Life Group is a time to connect, worship, pray, and discuss the Word together. We also believe that children should be active participants in our meetings, engaging as equal members in most activities.
We meet every 2nd and 4th Mondays, and encourage regular, life-on-life fellowship when we are not meeting. We maintain close relationships with the two Life Groups that launched from us, and may do joint events periodically.

The Young Married Couples Life Group is the best group at City Central! If you are young adults (ages 18-35) who have been married for five years or less, you are officially invited!
We love to share a meal and then have deep, meaningful discussion on a marriage related topic. We are often discovering marriage related application to the Sunday sermons.
We do not offer childcare at this time. Babies who are not mobile are welcome, but any little buddy who is moving around would need a sitter.

This is a group for members of the Creative Department at City Central as well as new worshippers. We love to go deep in Worship and the Word! Reach out to us if you are interested in growing in worship and community.

If you’re a single parent that’s looking for some encouragement, and an opportunity to have a bit of reprieve from the hustle and bustle of life, this group is for you! We’re all about lifting burdens in prayer and growing together in our walk with God. Whatever your season, you’ll find fast friends, plenty of laughter, great food, and authentic conversation as we press into Jesus!

The Central life group consist of a group of people with various backgrounds, ethnicity and ages. We all love the Lord and are looking at ways how we can support each other and our local community. Our focus is on prayer and living life together. Our ultimate goal is learning to live a surrendered life and to enjoy a deeper relationship with Jesus.

We are a group of adults of various ages that meet together for fellowship, family dinner, discussion of the sermon notes and prayer. We share authentically in a safe environment where we build each other up to live in our spiritual gifts and battle our struggles together through prayer.

West End Life Group started in January 2025 as an outgrowth of the Hilltop Life Group. We are currently few in numbers, but looking to grow. Come join us!

In the old guys group, when we meet together we have a comfortable time in each others company. We’ll discuss almost anything. We’ll touch on the previous weeks message.
We’ll talk about the great things that are going on and events coming to our church. Certainly we’ll talk about things like our families, how difficult it was getting out of bed today, what our current needs are, etc. We will share stories and experiences.
