Jennie Reed Elementary

Quarterly Staff Support in way of providing lunch for their teacher in-services and Teacher appreciation week; school volunteers – help with playground supervision, Jennie Reed Giving Tree – we adopt approximately 200 individuals a year and purchase them Christmas gifts.

Homeless Outreach

Monthly outreaches in our community where we provide food, clothing and other resources while sharing the hope of the Gospel with those experiencing homelessness.

Join us the last Saturday of every month at 10:30 am under the Jesus Cares About You sign!

Jesus Clubs

This is a ministry of Legacy Youth that goes into high schools weekly with pizza and sharing the Gospel.

Legacy students currently lead 5 gospel-focused clubs in their high schools in the Tacoma area:

Silas HS, Stadium HS, Life Christian Academy, Rogers HS, and Mount Tahoma HS

We partner with 8 different local ministries and missions organizations including: Gridiron Foundation, FCA, New Beginnings (YWAM), Tacoma Rescue Mission, Racial Reconciliation, Coffee Oasis & Neighbors to Nations.

Tacoma Rescue Mission

The Tacoma Rescue Mission is a faith-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to offer God’s help, hope, and healing to our neighbors in need in Tacoma.

The Coffee Oasis

The Coffee Oasis is a Christian non-profit organization that exists to create pathways of opportunity for youth to be restored in heart, soul, mind, and body.

FCA

Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a non-denominational Christian sports ministry that focuses on Coaches, Campus, Camp and Community ministry.

Grid Iron

The Grid Iron Foundation uses mentorship as a vehicle to deliver life skills to young people and help create pillars of strength in our homes, communities, and schools.

Racial Reconciliation Network

Passionately linking multiethnic pastors and Christian leaders together to lead the Church into greater unity.

Neighbors to Nations

Supporting neighbors facing immigration challenges.

New Beginnings (YWAM)

New Beginnings Home is a mercy ministry of YWAM, we are a transitional housing program for pregnant women, single mothers & their children, and birth mothers.

Easter Egg Drop

Our Easter Egg Drop is an annual ministry event we host every Easter (for the past 3 years), designed to bring joy to families and connect with our community. During this exciting event, a helicopter drops over 5,000 eggs onto a field for an unforgettable Easter egg hunt, along with fun field games for all ages to enjoy. More than just a celebration, this event is a way for us to reach out, build relationships, and invite our community to join us for Easter Sunday.

Trunk or Treat

Our Trunk or Treat is an annual ministry event held every October 31st, offering a fun and welcoming experience for families in our community. With decorated trunks, games, snacks, and a festive photo booth, it’s a night everyone can enjoy. It’s also a meaningful way for us to connect with our community and invite families to join us at church.
